Banana-Peanut Butter Shake


Stumbled upon this drink on Pinterest and i thought it was interestingly simple to make. I had it as my breakfast this morning and was very filling! Made a few adjustments on it and this is what i came up with.

Here's what you'll need:

2 frozen bananas
1 cup of low-fat milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
5 ice cubes

To make the frozen bananas, prep them the night before. Peel the bananas and place them in a resealable plastic or container then let it sit in the freezer overnight. The next morning roughly slice the bananas and throw it in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. And that's it!
