Deviled Eggs


I posted a recipe before on deviled eggs. It had mayo and bacon though. Not exactly healthy for anyone. So i thought i'd give it another go this time minus the heart attack.

Here's what you'll need:

5 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
salt & pepper
cayenne pepper for dusting
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Gently scrape off yolks into a small bowl and mash. Add the mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper (i used about half a teaspoon of pepper and for the salt about 3-4 pinches). Mix well until you get a creamy consistency. Scoop a teaspoonful back into each egg halves and dust with a bit of cayenne pepper.
