Sauteed Mushrooms

I love mushrooms! My friends and i always order sizzling mushrooms when we go out for drinks. It's an ideal bar chow if i say so myself. My take on those sizzling morsels has a little kick. If you want it to be hotter just add more hot sauce!

Here's what you'll need:

1 can (425g) button mushrooms, cut in halves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco original red sauce
1 teaspoon Korean chili bean paste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Mix balsamic vinegar,Tabasco, chili bean paste, olive oil and brown sugar in a bowl. Marinate mushrooms in mixture for 30 minutes. Heat non-stick pan and saute marinated mushrooms for a good 5-8 minutes. Serve while hot.

*If you have a hot plate like i do, you can saute the mushrooms on the hot plate. Make sure though that you grease the plate with butter or oil so the mushrooms don't stick. :)

Enjoy!
