People who know me knows very well that i love food. Really love food. So i thought I'd put up a blog that contains food that i like to make ('coz its easy) and love to eat.
So here goes..
Lately i've been trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been reading up on different meal options that i can incorporate on a daily basis. To be honest, i followed through for a month and gradually slipped. LOL. But when i do want a snack or a quick healthy breakfast, this is what i make. :)
What you're going to need.
Apples. Sliced bite-size.
Sliced banana.
Flavored yogurt. (I personally like the Berry edition of Nestle Yogurt.)
Whole wheat cereals.
Mix 'em all together and that's it.
Yummm! :D
