Beef Salpicao

What you'll need:

3 1/2 inch thick slices of sirloin steaks, cut into cubes
1 whole bulb of garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons olive oil

Marinade:
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Transfer beef cuts in a lidded container. Mix marinade ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the meat. Massage marinade into the beef and let sit for about an hour. You can marinate the meat the night before if you want to save time. While you let your meat marinate, you can start on the sauce. In the same small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and start frying the minced garlic until slightly brown. Remove the garlic from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and start cooking the beef 1 minute on each side. Since i'll be using a "sizzling" plate, i opted not to cook the meat through. If you'll be using a regular serving platter, add about 30 seconds on each side. Add the garlic and sauce after you've cooked one side of the beef. Once both sides are cooked (after about 2 minutes), transfer dish to the "sizzling" plate/platter. Serve while hot.

Enjoy!
