Stir-fried Baguio Beans w/ Minced Beef

This may be the easiest stir-fry ever! What's even better is i can eat it without rice and it'll still be filling. :)

Here's what you'll need:

1/4 kilo of minced beef
2 packs of baguio beans, washed and cut in half
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 small red chilies, chopped
2++ tablespoons sesame oil

Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Heat 1 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok/pan and stir-fry chopped chilies for about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry minced beef together with sauce. Stir-fry until beef completely absorbs the soy sauce mixture. Add the baguio beans and black pepper. As you cook the baguio beans you can add more sesame oil if it's not coated enough. I added about 1 1/2 tablespoons more. Keep pan on heat until the baguio beans gain a darker shade of green. Serve with rice... or not. :)

Enjoy!
